Go-Getter

Terms

Terms of Service

Effective August 6, 2026

These terms govern access to Go-Getter’s managed AI operations service. A signed customer agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Authorized use

Customers may use Go-Getter for lawful internal business operations. Customers are responsible for authorized users, the accuracy of instructions and source data, and required notices or permissions relating to their own employees and customers.

Connected accounts

A customer authorizes access to each connected service through that provider. The customer must have authority to grant access and may revoke it at any time. Go-Getter will not request a customer’s Intuit password.

Approvals and accounting

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and must not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. The initial QuickBooks integration is read-only at the application layer. Consequential actions, including payments, purchases, filings, or accounting changes, require a separate approved workflow and human authorization.

Restrictions

Customers may not misuse the service, probe or bypass security controls, access another customer’s data, introduce malicious content, or use the service unlawfully.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may suspend access to address security, legal, provider, or payment issues and will provide reasonable notice when practical.

Ownership and confidentiality

Customers retain ownership of their data. Each party retains its pre-existing technology and materials. We handle customer confidential information only to provide and protect the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond an applicable signed agreement. Liability is limited as stated in that agreement or, if none applies, to fees paid for the affected service during the prior three months. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending access

Either party may end service under the applicable customer agreement. Customers may disconnect QuickBooks at any time. Upon termination, access ends and customer data is handled under the agreement and Privacy Policy.
