Privacy Policy

Effective August 6, 2026

This policy explains how Go-Getter handles information when we provide managed AI operations services to a business.

Information we handle

We handle account, contact, support, configuration, and operational information supplied by a customer or retrieved from services the customer authorizes. For QuickBooks Online, this may include accounting records needed for the customer’s approved workflows.

How we use information

We use customer information only to deliver, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve that customer’s Go-Getter service; meet legal obligations; and prevent misuse. We do not sell customer data.

QuickBooks and connected services

Access to connected services is authorized through those providers. QuickBooks access is limited to the functions disclosed during authorization. Go-Getter’s initial QuickBooks integration is read-only at the application layer. It does not create, edit, delete, or pay transactions.

Sharing

We do not show one customer’s information to another customer. We may use infrastructure and service providers that process information for us under appropriate restrictions. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect customers and the service.

Security and retention

We use customer-isolated environments, access controls, encryption in transit, encrypted token storage, least-privilege connectors, and operational logging that excludes credentials and raw QuickBooks records. We retain information only as long as needed for the service, security, legal obligations, and agreed customer requirements.

Your choices

A customer may disconnect QuickBooks, request deletion of stored connection tokens, or ask about access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing hello@meetgogetter.com. Some records may be retained when legally required.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
